Registration for the Kick-Off Tent are sold out. Please note that this is the only event that is ticketed. All other events are open for all families to attend, regardless of registration. We do ask that if you are unable to register online at the Family Nest, that you email us at studentengagement@cua.edu so that we can ensure your family is on our list!

- Come by the Busch School of Business, and learn about the Finance Lab, the student-run investment fund, some ways we use AI in our teaching and research, and our Catholic investing-related initiatives.

- This inaugural “Frassati Night Events (FNE): Frassati Fest” kicks off what we hope will become a beloved tradition at CUA. Held on Friday evening during Family Weekend, this event offers a unique window into campus ministry for both students and visiting families.
- All are welcome to join us for an evening that begins with Ledo’s pizza, Coffee House-style music performed by students, along with lawn games, card and board games, and rosary making for a relaxed and enjoyable time. The night concluded with an outdoor Eucharistic Holy Hour featuring student-led praise and worship music, and Confessions, offering a beautiful, prayerful snapshot of what makes faith life at CUA so special.

- We will be offering a shuttle service from Maloney Hall and the Pryzbyla Center to the DuFour Athletic Center. Pick-up will be behind Maloney(closest to the Metro), which can be accessed by an elevator in the building. The second stop will be in front of Garvey Hall, behind the Pryzbyla Center(1st floor).This shuttle will drop you off in front of the DuFour Athletic Center by the check-in tents for the Cardinal Kick-Off Party Tent.

- Enjoy food, showcase performances by some student organizations, lawn games,and more at our kick-off party! Tickets to this event include entrance to the football game. Registration for this event can be found here.
- Tickets are limited and not available at the door. All attending persons in your party must be registered at the event, including your student.
- If you are planning to only watch the showcase and not attending the tent party, you must purchase a football ticket here. All individuals entering the DuFour Athletic Center must have tickets for one of the events.

- Families are invited to pray the rosary together in Mary’s Garden at the kickoff of the new Parent’s Council Rosary Prayer Group. Rooted in the rich tradition of intercessory prayer, the rosary offers families a powerful way to pray for their children and support one another in faith.

- Stay after Mass for coffee, pastries, and a final opportunity to mingle with other students, families, and Catholic U staff.
- Refreshments will be available in the Pryzbyla Atrium outside the Great Room or in The Nest, down the hall from the Great Room past Starbucks.
